Installing Chicco's Cosmos is particularly easy. The coloured belt positioner makes it almost impossible to install the car seat incorrectly. At the beginning, the Cosmos is to be installed in a rear-facing mode by using the blue belt positioner. When your child has reached a body weight of approx. 9 kg you can move on to installing the car seat in a forward-facing mode via the red belt positioner.

東北季風帶來濕冷天下周二起北部降至15℃

[新頭殼newtalk] 氣溫持續下探，氣象局預告，明 (8) 天持續受東北季風影響，北台灣氣溫偏涼，約17℃、18℃，且東北部仍有下大雨的機會。而中南部地區高溫可達26至29℃，但仍應注意低溫也僅18、19℃，須留意日夜溫差大。但根據氣象報導，下周二起至下周五又有一波東北季風增強，北部溫度可能下探至15℃，需注意保暖。

氣象局表示，明天持續受東北季風影響，東北部將有局部大雨發生的可能，北部、東部則有局部短暫雨，北台灣地區低溫僅17、18℃，白天回溫也僅20至24℃。另方面，中南部白天高溫雖可至26至29℃，但低溫也會下探至18、19℃，須留意日夜溫差大。

氣象專家吳德榮今在「三立準氣象·老大洩天機」專欄中表示，明天冷空氣稍減弱北台灣高溫約20℃，後天上午起氣溫回升。但下周二下午起至下周四清晨，將有另一更強冷空氣，北台灣沿海空曠地區最低溫則降至13℃左右，台北市低溫則可降至15℃。
