60歲男赴泰國曼谷工作染茲卡 107年第3例
疾管署今天宣布新增一例境外移入茲卡病例，患者是住在北部的60餘歲本國籍男性，10月中旬到泰國曼谷工作，11月底出現發燒、四肢紅疹症狀，12月初回台後確診感染茲卡病毒。
衛福部疾管署疫情中心副主任郭宏偉今天在疫情週報公布這項消息，根據統計，2016年至今全台共有20例確定病例，均為境外移入，感染地點以東南亞國家為主，包括越南、泰國、菲律賓及馬來西亞等國。
郭宏偉說，今天新增的這名茲卡患者是家住北部地區的60幾歲男性，10月中旬前往泰國曼谷工作，11月29日起陸續出現發燒、四肢紅疹症狀，因症狀未改善，從泰國搭機入境返家後立即住院治療。醫院隨即進行登革熱NS1快篩陰性，12月3日患者已退燒且四肢紅疹消退，經醫師評估後出院返家休養，今天確診為茲卡病毒感染症，是今年第3例境外移入茲卡病例。
疾管署呼籲，一般成人感染茲卡病毒後症狀輕微，孕婦感染茲卡病毒後可能導致胎兒小頭畸形或死亡，提醒孕婦及計劃懷孕婦女暫緩前往流行地區。
拒絕狀元籤 卡爾誓言帶突擊者連六勝
本季目前戰績二勝八負的屋崙突擊者隊有資格「爛到底」，換取2019年4月NFL選秀會狀元籤機會。然而四分衛卡爾（Derek Carr）不做此想，誓言未來六場比賽都要贏，要「搞砸選秀會」。
卡爾21日接受媒體訪問時表示，未來六場比賽他要盡全力不讓突擊者隊拿到狀元籤，「我只想贏球，我要搞砸選秀會，我不要狀元籤。我想贏所有這幾場比賽，我要所有人因此恨我入骨。」
突擊者隊目前與亞利桑納州紅雀隊和舊金山四九人隊共同在NFL墊底，然而突擊者隊18日在亞利桑納州23：21險勝紅雀隊，因此狀元籤從第一順位降至第三順位，也給卡爾帶來信心，希望從此步入佳境。
不過展望突擊者隊未來六場對手，個個是強敵，卡爾想如願似乎不太可能。首先25日突擊者隊前往巴爾的摩面對烏鴉隊，接下去還有匹茲堡鋼人隊、辛辛那提孟加拉虎隊與丹佛野馬隊。更「恐怖」的是，未來六場比賽包括兩度對上堪薩斯城酋長隊。
27歲的卡爾與突擊者隊合約簽到2022年，過去三年表現優異，然而本季表現走樣。雖然傳球成功率高達70.4%，但只傳出2633碼、12次達陣、八次被攔截。雪上加霜的是，有媒體報導卡爾與隊友關係惡化，對自己愈來愈沒心。
媒體報導，球隊謠傳突擊者隊已不再視卡爾為未來希望所在。如果突擊者隊2019年獲狀元籤，可能與卡爾提前解約，難怪卡爾現在這麼「有志氣」。
